A booking deposit confirms your car — RM50 for compact and sedan models, RM100–RM200 for vans and luxury vehicles. The balance is settled on handover. We'll send you the exact amount and payment details on WhatsApp — nothing is charged before you agree to it.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence. International licences are accepted. We'll need to see the licence and your passport or IC at handover, and only drivers named on the booking may drive the vehicle.
Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp once we've checked availability and you've agreed the total. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include delivery to the airport or the jetty. A booking deposit of RM50 applies to compact and sedan models, and RM100–RM200 to vans and luxury vehicles, depending on the model. The balance is settled at handover.
The vehicle is handed over with some level of petrol and should be returned at the same level — for example, if the car reaches you showing 2 bars on the fuel gauge, please return it with 2 bars. Any security deposit taken at handover — separate from the booking deposit above — is returned once the vehicle is checked back in, provided there is no new damage, no missing fuel and no outstanding fines.
Plans change — just tell us as early as you can and we'll do our best to move your dates. Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing when you book, so you always know where you stand before paying anything.

You're responsible for the vehicle while it's in your care, including traffic fines and parking fees incurred during the rental. In the event of an accident, please contact us immediately and file a police report where required. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental, and we can't be held responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
If anything goes wrong with the car, message us straight away. We'll arrange help or a replacement vehicle where possible. Please don't authorise repairs yourself without speaking to us first.
We only collect what we need to arrange your rental — your name, contact number, licence and travel dates — and we keep it in line with Malaysian data protection law. We don't sell or share your details with third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies, and the terms confirmed with you on WhatsApp at the time of booking take precedence for that booking.
